There is a lot of things going on around Fannation during the summer months i will keep you posted every time i feel it is neccesary.

The SoccerNation Summer Shootout

32 people will enter, one will win. Also I had a new idea that fits in with my Guru Tourneys idea i started today. the winner gets the title of SoccerGuru until next summer where they will defend their title.

The Guru Tourney's

This is my idea that I created today, I always call myself the basketball guru on fannation and it was my name for quite awhile, i used to be either raptors4life until the name change, but on to the subject. I thought who are the guru's for other sports? And most importantly who is the guru of fannation? Winner gets the title of guru for the sport and the right to use it in their names for one year and will have an automatic berth into next year's tourney.

Unless you have been invited into the tourney, or have been accepted by me, you need to win your way in either the SoccerNation Summer Shootout or any of the 16 person single sport TD's, but keep applying you might just get in since it is hard to find 32 people

The 5th SIFS Tourney

It is in Week 2 and here are the matchups, topics, and standings through week 1

Well, Week 1 was a pretty successful start to The 5th SIFS Tourney, with the exception of a couple of forfeited ties. Make sure you read the ENTIRE blog, as it has a couple of rule revisions, and the Week 1 standings.
