Just 2 hours ago, Sonic the Hedgehog of SEGA fame, was interviewed about the relocation of the Seattle SuperSonics. Here are some excerpts:
Anon reporter: Sonic, how did you feel when you heard that the Seattle Sonics were no more?
Sonic: I mean, I was like, devastated. We shared a name, for the most part, and a penchant for fast play. Ever since I came to this world, I was a fan of the Sonics, and all their players. Payton, Kemp, you name it. I was there for practically every game. Even when they last made the NBA finals. And this loss, is going to be tough to accept. It's going to hurt me for a long time, and it probably hurts Seattle just as much. I mean, just 2 years after seeing the Seahawks get cheated out of a Super Bowl win, which continues to sting the city. And coupled with how the Mariners are doing this year and their late-season collapse last year, I feel absolutely horrible for the city.
