In response to:
Sources: Warriors want Brand
Suddenly and swiftly, the question in Clipperland on Wednesday became: What will Elton Brand do? In a whirlwind that amounted to "who has the salary cap space now?" the Golden State Warriors reached deep down the coastline and even deeper into their pocketbooks, offering free-agent forward Brand a five-year, $90-million contract, according to multiple NBA sources who requested anonymity because they are not authorized to speak publicly about player movements. The 76ers, one of the remaining teams with significant space under the expected cap, are also expected to enter the competition for Brand's services, creating a potential bidding war for the All-Star forward.

The Warriors were 1 Game out of the Playoffs last year.  With Brand, Ellis and Biendrins, S. Jackson, A Harrintson, the could go far in the playfoffs.

Brand should sign with the Warriors young and hungry tallent!

Plus $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I will have to disagree. Baron Davis was the heart and soul of that team. His contribution stretched beyond talent, and he was the absolute perfect fit for Nellieball. Can you imagine Brand trying to run the floor and Ellis trying to control the point like Davis did? The Warriors will fall back into mediocrity without Davis.

Hey, Warriors... Two words: Josh Smith. Perfect fit for the open-court offensive style, a really versatile defender, and a questionable attitude too! He was BORN to be a Warrior.
