The Indiana Hoosiers' football team may now have hope this year because their star quarterback, Kellen Lewis, is returning to the team after being suspended for a four month period. Lewis, a junior, is the fifth Indiana quarterback to reach 5,000 career passing yards and the fourth player to collect 6,000 total yards. He joined Tim Tebow and Dan LeFevour of Central Michigan as the only quarterbacks in the nation to pass for 3,000 yards and rush for 700 yards last season. The Hoosiers' fall camp begins on August 4th, and there first game is August 30th against Western Kentucky. Now that Lewis is back, my prediction for this team should probably be thrown out the window.
Before I knew that Lewis was going to come back, I predicted Indiana to finish 5-7, 9th in the Big 10(or Big 11). With Lewis returning to the team, I would have to rethink my prediction. I would say that at the least Indiana will be 7-5.
