Here are my grades for the Yankees players!

Jorge Posada: C-  Since Posada has been injured he has struggled a lot, unless he starts hitting soon the Yankees are going to have a problem.

Jose Molina: D+ Molina isn't the greatest on the offensive side, but is very good behinf the plate, if he could hit a little better he would a great backup catcher.

Jason Giambi: A- Giambi is hot, he has hit great and has shown he can play first base by showing off the glove every once and a while.

Robinson Cano: C+ Cano was struggling the first couple months, but is finally starting to heat up, it is about time!!!

Derek Jeter: B Jeter isn't himself at the plate, hopefully he starts hitting more and his fielding is the same.

Alex Rodriguez: A Even with his stint on the DL A-rod is still his normal self hitting and fielding.

Bobby Abreu: B Abreu was hot for a short period of time, he is still a patient hitter. The only thing I am disappointed with him is that he won't try and throw out runners when he has a chance.

Melky Caberea: B- The Melk Man is doing great for the Yankees and will continue to do that, he shows power, speed, and contact when he is at the plate, on the bases, and in the field.

Johnny Damon: B- Besides being inured Damon has produced for the Yanks and will continue once he gets off the DL

Hideki Matsui: C Matsui started off hot, cooled downed and then got injured, since he hurt his wrist against the Sox, all he does it get injured.

Wilson Betemit: C Betemit is a good utility player and is a great fit on the Yankees

Chein-Ming Wang: B Even tough he got injured Wang was very good at the beginning of the season.

Andy Pettite: B+ Pettite has done very good this year and will continue this in the 2nd half.

Mike Mussina: A+ Mussina is doing tremendous, the best Yankees pitcher this year.

Phil Hughes/Ian Kennedy: F Both struggled and were injured!

Darrell Rasner: D+ After a great start has struggled lately.

Joba Chamberlin: A- This is combined as a starter and reliever. After a tough first start, he has done great as a starter.

Mariano Rivera: A+ Rivera has done great this year and will continue this.

Rest of the bulllpen: C- Between injuries, and stuggles the Yankees bullpen hasn't been that bad.

These are my grades for now!!

You give Melky a A-??? Are you serious? The guy couldnt hit the ocean from a boat. He was hot for about a week. Other then that, he has not hit the ball well at all. His defense has been very good though, Id put him in the C+ range

Agreed on Melky, C+ at best. Damon has been performing better than a B-. Hell, I'd rate him a B+. He'll be off the DL soon enough.
