I myself am a Seminole but you have to respect Mark Richt and the Georgia Bulldawgs. The Georgia Bulldawgs are preparing to burst into the 2008 preseason with the ranking of #1. They have experience and depth and one of the best ball coach's in the country. He dominated as an offensive cordinator at FSU, and now he is dominating as a head ball coach at UGA. This is the year the Bulldawgs will take off with the national title. Here are a few reasons why UGA will win the national title this year.

1. Depth: The Bulldawgs are loaded at almost every position with an all star backfield, a tenacious D, and adequate receiving corps.

2. Running game: With Heisman hopeful Knowshon Moreno  at RB things should get pretty explosive coming out of the UGA backfield. And with all everything youngster Caleb King waiting in the wings the running game should be downright devastating. Will have the Gaytors D **** there pant's

3. Defensive line: The Bulldawg D-line should be giving the oppostions fits all year. DT Jeff Owens is a monster up the middle as well as DT Geno Atkins . These two DT's should be able to bring most running games to a screeching holt. And then there is a slew of talented back ups with 3 weighing in at 300 lbs plus. The DE's are new but talented and they should have an adequate year.

4. Secondary: Veteran CB Asher Allen headlines a secondary full of playmakers and with the help of CB Prince Miller the Georgia 2 zone defense should be a nightmare to opposing passing games. And with versatile safety's like  Reshad Jones  and  C.J. Byrd , who can play the run or the pass. There is not a whole lot the opposition will be able to do.

5.Passing game: Matthew Stafford = good passing game

6. O-line: is so good Coach Richt is have trouble picking which 5 are the best.

7. Linebackers: While young this group is talented and does have a proven leader in Dannell Ellerbe. They all have good size and speed.

8. Receiving Corp: While not super star stature the Georgia receivers are good. And with a guy as accurate as Matthew Stafford.....Look for Senior reciever's Mohamed Massaquoi and Demiko Goodman both to have solid years.

BOTTOM LINE:

UGA is just plain stronger then everybody else this year. They will be a one loss national champion(Said loss not from the gaytors)
