The Cowboys are set at QB with Tony Romo. Last year they gave him a 6 yr-67M deal and are commited to him in the long run. Romo has a good season last year, but then faded down the stretch and certainly didnt help Dallas beat the Giants in the divisional round of the playoffs. But the question reamins: Can Romo ever win the big game??? Yes, I think he will eventually lead Dallas to a Super Bowl but only time will tell. Eli Manning was 0-3 in the playoffs before he won a game, remember. Hopefully Romo can get things together and win the big one in Dallas this year. He wasnt the reason they lost the GIants game, but he certainly didnt win it for them.
Brad Johnson is the current backup for the Cowboys and is in the 2nd year of a 3 yr-7.5M deal. Johnson has shown the ablitlity to fill in as a capable backup, but one may wonder if he can still have the same type of production as he did with the Vikings several years ago. Daunte Culpeper has surely crossed the mind of Jerry Jones, but he made the right move in keeping Johnson.
Richard Bartel is the only other QB on the Cowboys roster, and he played on the practice squad last year. At 6-3 and 246, Bartel has the body to be a decent NFL QB. The word out of Dallas is that Bartel has a great arm and can make all the throws. Dont expect much out of him this year though, as he is most likely destined for another year on the practice squad as the Cowboys groom him as a possible future backup.

Romo isn't the one needing to get things together. He played decently in Seattle, and he was not nearly the reason for the loss to the Giants. There are guys like Crayton to blame for that one.
