Marion Barber is in the 1st year of a 7yr-45M deal. He is now the unquestioned starter and Dallas will look for another great year out of him like they got from him a year ago. Many people question if Barber will be able to stay healthy with his bruising style. I for one, think he will be able to. He has Felix Jones to help share the load with him along with another rokkie Tashard Choice. Barber is a great back and one thing people fail to recognize is how good he can catch the ball out of the backfield. The 'Boys are set at RB for years to come.
Felix Jones will inject some much needed speed into the Dallas Cowboy offense. Jones wll be a great change up to Barber and will make a big impact on KO returns as well, which is one area the Cowboys need to improve. Jones also has good hands out of the backfield and will give Romo another weaponto throw to. This was a great pick by Jerry Jones.
Tashard Choice was a 4th round draft pick this year. He will provide the Cowboys with some depth at the RB position and insurance to a possible injury to Marion Barber. I myself was a little surprised by this pick. The 'Boys definitely needed a 3rd string running back, but drafting one in the 4th round was a little high in my opinion. But none the less Choice will be a great insurance back for the Cowboys this upcoming year.
FB:Deon Anderson will be the fullback for the Cowboys this upcoming season. Coaching Staff is said to like Anderson, and I can see why. He is a good blocker and can catch the ball out of the backfield. Not much competition at this positin.
