The New York Knicks have signed guard Anthony Roberson to a 2 year, $1.6 million contract.  Roberson, 25, played for the Florida Gators.  What is significant about this is that it gives the Knicks 16 players on their roster for next year.  This could mean they are getting rid of Stephon Marbury.

The Boston Celtics have signed center Patrick O'Bryant.  O'Bryant, the ninth overall pick in the 2006 draft, averaged 1.7 points and 1.3 rebounds for the Warriors last year. He is 22 years old.
