FanNation - The Republic of Sport

Before we really begin I just wanted to give a major shout out to Cheezhead who aided me in writing the season finale and also coming up with many creative ideas for the end of season one including the end.

Fade into the FanNation Police Station....

NY: Put the gun down FanMan.

FanMan: NO!!! I'm tired of all the crap I take, I have had enough with all of you, this has gone on far enough and now I'm going to put a stop to it!!!

Porkins: ... C-come on FanMan you know we can work this out....

FanMan: ENOUGH!!! I want you two to get into one of the cells.... NOW!!!

NY: Now what genius?

FanMan: You better shut up NY because I'm about to blow you away first if you don't keep your loud mouth shut!!!

Porkins: Please don't shoot FanMan we can work this out!!!

FanMan: Work it out!? Ha. You should have thought about that before.

-- Suddenly there is a loud explosion, rubble flies everywhere --

NY: What the ****

BSchwartz: Let them go FanMan ...

FanMan: Like hell I will ... -- shoots gun and hits both Porkins and NY --

Bschwartz: You dirty son of a b****

-- Suddenly there is the sound of a machine gun blasting and several bullets hit FanMan, fatally injuring him --

BS: Thanks Dawgee, quick we need to get NY and Porkins to the hospital.

Dawgee: NY has a pulse ... it's strong but, Porkins is getting weaker by the second, quick help me at least try and disinfect the entry area and get the bullet out, I'll go get an ambulance.

BS: All right I'm going in for the bullet... dammit, come on, come onnnn, yes!!! I got it and NY is still okay, I need some cloth to patch this up.... Dawgee are they on their way?

Dawgee: Yeah, they are coming now.

BS: Good, I just finished up NY and everything should hold with him until they can get him better treatment now help me with Porkins.

NY: -- groggily-- What happened? Dammit why am I in pain, it hurts like hell.

Dawgee: You got shot in the arm but, your lucky it didn't hit anything major now stay down and get some rest we are going to help Porkins....

BS: (Dawgee helps BS Alright I see the bullet but, I can't take it out without him going into complete shock, we need more help b-but I don't know if he'll make it that long, it is a gamble ...

Dawgee: It is one we will have to take, if we don't do anything he could die, if we do he could die too but, I'd rather know I tried to save him rather than let him die right here.

Porkins: -weakly- Do what you know is best you two. Live or d-die you two saved a whole lot of other people and if only one life is lost, I'd rather have it end that way....

BS: Porkins listen to me, you will not die, not here not now, I promise you that...

-- Porkins becomes unconscious --

BS: - whew - I hoped it would have been easier than this ... All right I'm going in for the bullet ..... S*** he is starting to shake.

Dawgee: He is going into shock; he is beginning to seize up!!! Dammit where is that f****** ambulance!?

BS: He isn't breathing!!! We need to try and revive him!!!

BS: -- BS begins performing CPR -- Come on, dammit Porkins...

Dawgee: Keep trying, the ambulance just got here

BS: Go tell them to get their a**** in here now!!!

BS: Come on Porkins, come on don't go, not now.

EagleManiac: Alright BS go on we will take him from here.

BS: Dammit no we are losing him!!!

EagleManiac: BS, BS!!! Enough, the best thing for him is to get him to the hospital...

Fade into Judge Cheezhead's Office....

Cheezhead: In all my years running this court room, I'd never thought this would happen, it has all turned into a huge mess that the whole damn city will take years to recover.

J. Hova: Well, your honor it has been quite a turbulent time lately.

Cheezhead: I'm just happy that I was able to straighten everything out with Ram, we got the real shooter, kidnapper and gang but, I fear there are still more out there.

J. Hova: Don't worry about it; we'll make sure to take care of the rest of them.

Cheezhead: I just hope your right because this whole thing has gone to far and too many innocent eyes have seen too much bloodshed.

J. Hova: Including yours -- pulls gun on Cheezhead --

Cheezhead: What do you think your doing do you realize you could do hard time for even pulling a gun on me?

J. Hova: I do but what they don't know won't get me caught. You are partially responsible for what has gone wrong in this town putting away the wrong people, planting evidence yourself.

Cheezhead: What are you talking about?

J. Hova: Yeah, I know about your past and how this town has become the way it is today because of your stupid moves that cost a lot of lives, life for a life right?

Cheezhead: My past wasn't that great but I'm free of that now why can't you trust me?

J. Hova: Why?! I'll tell you why because you put away Ram and that set off fire works from some of the members from the community as I recall there was a bit of riot just the other day and then I also remember a few buildings and a certain judges car being burned to the ground. Haven't you figured it out yet? You need to be eliminated from the picture you are nothing but a menace and you have caused all of this destruction now you get to pay the price.

-- J. Hova shoots gun --

Fade into FanNation Hospital...

Bucmaster: How is dyhard today?

YanksFan: Me, Elway and dwade have been checking in on him from time to time and so far so good.

Bucmaster: That is good; I'm still concerned though, dyhard has lost a lot of blood and still has yet to wake up.

YanksFan: Well, at least he is still here with us.

Bucmaster: True, why don't you all go home and get rest, we'll look after him from here and keep you updated.

                  ***

dudeman: It doesn't look good.

Bucmaster: I know but we can't give up yet dudeman, dyhard still has a shot...

dudeman: A very small percentage to be precise although I shouldn't be too underestimating look at some of the most famous sports stars who were told they couldn't walk but they did.... although this is a very different situation but still it provides some comfort.

Bucmaster: Well for now we can't worry much he is stable and that is what counts.

dudeman: I just wish I could do more for him

-- A weak groan is heard from dyhard--

dyhard --weakly-- You two have done more for me than one could a-ask for.

dudeman: But dyhard what we did hasn't been good enough and I'm hell bent to make sure you come out of this alive.

dyhard: dudeman you can't keep worrying about me like this, you have others that need you to save them; help them; give them a second chance -- suddenly dyhard stops breathing --

Bucmaster: dyhard! dyhard!

dudeman: Quick we need to shock him.... NOW!!!

Bucmaster: CLEAR!!! -- shocks dyhard --

dudeman: Something is wrong what can we do? ...

Bucmaster: Dammit I don't know, come on dyhard, he's shutting down we need to do something!!!

dudeman: I'm working on it.... -- dyhard straight-lines --.... Come on, come on, dammit dyhard come on!!!

Bucmaster: Is h-h.... he dead?

dudeman: ... W-wait he's began to breath again but, it is shallow, we need to get him into surgery and I want an oxygen tank for him right now, I want whatever is causing this gone by the end of the night...

Meanwhile in the West wing of the FanNation Hospital....

Esco: DetriotFan how are you?

DetriotFan: Please tell me you will not be knocking me out again.

Paddy: No, we just wanted to come check on you to see how you were feeling.

DetriotFan: Well, how would you feel after being shot at, kidnapped and then knocked out three times?

Esco: Look, let's be straight I had to knock you out because I didn't want you to know who had been behind all this because you would have broke down completely.

DetriotFan: Look after all of this I at least deserve the right to know, spill it.

Paddy: Well your going to find this pretty hard to believe but.... The Moderator and his gang, the TOM was behind everything but they had a 'double' agent who was also in on this.... We do know that The Mod did shoot Porkins and the agent kidnapped you because they felt you two were becoming to powerful, powerful enough to take over the whole city.

DetriotFan: Hard to believe! Ha, it figures. It is understandable about us becoming so powerful but, neither of us would even dream of doing so.

Esco: Yeah we know we tried to persuade them but, they wouldn't listen and this whole thing ended up blowing up back in their faces; the whole gang has since been arrested and taken to a high security prison outside of the city.

DetroitFan: I just have one question though.... Who was the double agent?

Esco: ... w-well brace yourself for this but the double agent was Josh.

DetroitFan: JOSH!? B-b-but...

Paddy: We don't know why and we may never know he doesn't want to say why.

DetroitFan: But we were such good friends why in the world.... why ... oh man.

Esco: This is why I didn't want to tell you at all but some conscious standing next to me repeatedly told me it was the right thing to do ...

Paddy: Look DetroitFan I know this is hard on you but, remember at the end of the day your safe and can continue on without anyone trying to hurt you although it hurts now you'll soon realize that things happen for a reason.

DetroitFan: I still can't understand why Josh would do such a thing... I need to settle this

Esco: It has been settled Josh is in jail ... for now

DetroitFan: Jail isn't good enough for me...
