    Okay in Part I, I laid out for you my top ten starting FF QBs based on upcoming potential going into this season based on new roster, etc. Now I am going to list the remaining starting QBs in order from 11-32. In part III of the QB series I will be listing the backup QBs in fantasy potential order from 1-32.

Good rankings.
In fact, the only major difference I would have with your list is Leinart. I actually would put him in the 8-12 slot. I think he has huge sleeper potential.

Kellen Clemens won't even start. Henne might beat out John Beck. Other than that, good blog.

Vince Young is too high and I think you have to have Delhomme higher, he is healthy and is a good QB when healthy.

VY is high because he brings an element to the table that most other QBs dont: he gets rushing yards and it is not rare for him to get rushing TDs which are worth more than passing TDs.

Leinart hasnt done anything for me to believe he needs to be higher. When he played last year he was a fantasy bust, and from what I have seen of his off-field party lifestyle, he may not take the NFL as seriously as he needs to to maximize his potential.
