Over the last 20 years Clemson has been a decent team. Not spectacular but a solid middle of the road team. But recruiting trend changes over the last three years appear to have Clemson poised to jump from middle of the road to elite.
If you go back and review Clemson's recruitng classes from the 03 to 05 classes they were okay. Middle of the road. Here is a list of the top Clemson commits rankings from that time period:

This does seem like a big jump.
How does this compare to the number of recruits the rest of the ACC is getting? Is Clemson stealing recruits from other ACC schools? Or are they stealing them from other divisions?
