I've seen a few of these on this site and others.  I'll add my own personal list.  I try to look at more then just last season.  I try to take into account the last few years to try and eliminate one year anomolies.  I also included only players I thought would be starting QBs.  It makes it easier this way regardless since I won't have to project how good a pro Russell or Quinn will actually be.

I have 3 issues with the list
1. JP Losman at 28?
2. Jon Kitna at 8?
3. Delhomme at 12 even though his fan base hates him and wanted him benched for Chris Wienke last season.

Other then that its a good list.

JP Losman should be far higher. I don't know how you can have Schaub higher than him. His passer rating was almost top 10.

McNabb, Kitna, Green, and Delhomme are higher on the list due to performing at a high level in the last few years. I try not to let last year affect my rankings too much. Sometimes QBs just have a bad season and bounce back. On the flip side one great year from a QB doesn't mean a whole lot to me. That is why I'm still not that impressed with Losman. I need to see him continue to post a 90 QB rating not just 90 in his last six games.

Cutler is the only other rookie ahead of him. I was trying to not weight last season too much. No Madden Curse. Young just didn't impress me that much last season regardless. And I like Young, I was a big fan of him at Texas and think he will be big in the NFL but I'm not going to fawn over him after he led the Titans over a bunch of mediocre opponents to end last season.
