Darren McFadden is too high and LDT should be #1, not AD.

Report Offensive CommentPeterson's only played one year..., and yeah it was a helluva year! But LT's proven himself year after year that he is the best RB so, gotta flip those two. Glad to see McFadden on the list..., he oughta have a good year behind Russell in Oakland.

Report Offensive CommentMcFadden is not too high. If Justin Fargas can get over 1000 yards and 4 touchdowns while sharing time with Dominic Rhodes then imagine what a real downhill running back will do when he doesnt even need to rely on a solid O-line to get his yards?

Report Offensive CommentLT is coming off a knee injury he suffered in AFC Championship loss. That knocks him down a notch there, plus LT has a way better QB in front of him so wont get as many touches as AP will given Tavaris Jackson hasnt proven himself to be stink-proof yet.

Report Offensive CommentAdrian Peterson is too inconsistent for FF.

Played in 14 games. Where is the inconsistency? Dude did this as a rook.

Report Offensive CommentI'm talking about inconsistency from game to game. He had a few great games, but then you have a 14 carry 3 yards performance in week 14

Report Offensive CommentAnytime AP is able to be contained its due to Tavaris Jackson not being able to open up the field for him by throwing over the top of 8 in the box. C'mon Pitt, cut the rookie some slack. He was a freakin rookie.

Report Offensive CommentI like AP's upside but I would still put LDT ahead of him. Can't go wrong with these guys at 1 and 2 either way.
I'd move Jackson up from 7 to 3. I look for him to put up numbers like he did 2 years ago.
I like the rest of your list. McFadden will be splitting touches...but if he shows some of that breakout speed in the first 6 games...His carries per games will start to increase as the year goes on. I think that makes him worthy of a top 10 pick.

Report Offensive CommentI see the Colts play live and in person once every season, and Joseph Addai hasn't ever left me with that great of an impression. The Jags also come to Nashville once a year, and Maurice Jones-Drew scares the living **** out of me. So... I don't see Addai at #4 and Jones-Drew at #9. Switch 'em, maybe, but no way is Addai a bigger threat than J-D.

Report Offensive CommentMy first RB is going to be Barber. He may not have 1000 yards but he will have 15 to 20 touchdowns.

I dont like to put guys in my fantasy top 10 who are coming off broken bones, especially in their legs. Notice in the most current blog how low Willie Parker is ranked.

Addai is a redzone monster for touchdowns, both receiving and rushing. RBs that get a lot of redzone points are better than running backs who are just primarily great between the 20 yard lines. Witness: Willie Parker, 2 TDs.

I dont know if you are saying this as a homer or not but I think my top 4 will have at least as many TDs as Barber.
