I'm really not up to this, to tell you the truth. While I'm still trying to process the fact I've lost my dad, and still on my sabbatical from FN, I figured the news of yesterday warranted a couple of lines on here.

After all, training camp is open for the Skins in preparation for the Hall of Fame game a week from Saturday.

So, Jason Taylor decides to bring "Dancing with the Stars" to Washington. (Or is that "Dancing on the Stars"??? LMAO) Anyway, the move had to be made, what with Phillip Daniels done for the year...or his career, if one is to believe Mike Wise's column. Still, it's good that the front office moved swiftly on this.

Before, I was looking at 8-8 for Jim Zorn's baptism of fire; now, 9-7 or even 10-6 could happen. All I know is, at least there's some hope this year for this franchise.

(Hmm...not bad for an outing I didn't want to undertake...)
