If that was the only part of Justin Timberlake's act they had to cut, they got lucky. I noticed he did make fun of his "wardrobe malfunction". I'm glad he didn't re-enact it.

Was Pete nominated for anything?

July 21, 2008  10:55 PM ET

Pete was up for "Best Future Screenplay" but Jose Canseco snagged that one.

We shoud set Pete up against Canesco in a boxing match. With all the ,,er,,medication, yeah, that's it, medication, we have available from the peanut gallery Pete would whip him easily.

How much of those $25 million reasons to be alive did T.O. pay for that shining moment?

I was glad to see that the story of the girls softball players helping their opponent round the bases for her only career homer after she tore an ACL won "Best Moment" or something. That was a class act.

Why didn't her own damn teammates carry her around the bases?? We can't really consider it a great moment if the team who hit the walk-off was less excited than the team that just lost, can we?

It is against the rules for her team-mates to help her. If they had helped her, or if she didn't make it around, she would be called "out".

You're kidding, right? If you're not, you'll have to excuse me, I just ate Chipotle...

Even if your own basecoach attempts to assist you around the bases, you are out. No kidding.
