The 2008 NFL season is finally just about here and while everyone starts to make predictions I figured I would throw mine in.This is part one of four,as ill do two divisions at a time.Please feel free to comment and let your true feelings out.

AFC East

1.New England--Just still way to many weapons for anyone else in this division to compete with.Brady is till the best out there and though the defense isnt the best it is good enough.

2.Buffalo--No im not willing to say there are ready for a playoff run yet but they are getting there.I like what Trent Edwards did last year but I want to see if he can do it this year as well.If he plays well enough and that defense continues to improve they could be competeing until the last week.

3.New York--The only reason they wont finish last is because the Phins are in this division.Im do not like any of there quarterbacks and there defense is going through a change.I think they will be better than last year but not even close to being where they want to be.

4.Miami--They will be improved from last year obviously just not enough to move out of the basement yet.I do like what they did this offseason and I see in a couple years a big improvement.Im thinking 5-6 wins this year.(Hey they had one last year)

AFC South

1.Jacksonville--Sorry Colts fans its not happening this year.This team has a qb that does not turn the ball over,a running game second to none and a killer defense.Need I say more?

2.Indianapolis--Yup like I said above the title run is over for them.Yes they are still talented and yea Manning is still great.But they are getting older and I really didnt like what i saw in the playoffs last year.

3.Tennesee--I dont like the chances of a playoff run this year.Im not a Vince Young guy and never will be because I dont think hes that good.I do like there defense but thats all I like.Lendell White isnt the answer either.

5.Houston--I wanted to put them up in the third spot but I like the Titans defense better.No qb no real running back will hold this team back once again in this division.
