Throughout the summer, SIOC will be taking a look at some of the nation's top athletic schools and determining who its all-time best athletes are. Last week we looked at Georgia's Top 10 and this week we're looking at Georgetown's. Check out our list below (and our gallery) and let us know whom we underrated, whom we overrated, and whom we overlooked completely.

8. Steve Iannini (baseball, 1982-1985)
7. Jeff Green (basketball, 2005-2007)

You gotta be kidding. Jeff, Deke and Iverson were all great atheletes but to place any of them ahead of Sleepy Floyd or Reggie Williams is a complete travesty. Even putting 'Zo ahead of these is a stretch. Some research might have helped: http://www.hoyabasketball.com/features/top100.htm, http://www.hoyabasketball.com/index2.htm.

A sailor and a lacrosse player are better than Reggie Williams? Silly list. I bet Michael Graham could dominate Georgetown lacrosse tomorrow.

this is an outrage! what about all of the olympians from the track and field squad??? john gregorick ('80/'84/'92), john trautman ('92), steve holman ('92) and gold medal winner leo sexton ('32). this is a haphazard list at best with a bias towards basketball which is "popular" sport.
