There has been recent speculation about whether or not Bill Cowher would be a good fit for the Carolina Panthers who are rumored to be dissatisfied with the job performance of coach Jon Fox.
Now the reason why any potential hiring of Cowher is a good thing is because Carolina is a young team and with young teams come lots of young talent. Jake Delhomme is a great QB and Dwayne Jarrett is a good young talent out of USC and he could really thrive in a Cowher-coached offense.
In conclusion, with all of Cowher's experience this would actually be a smart hire on the part of the Carolina Panthers, not to take anything away from Jon Fox he's a decent coach and what he's done for Carolina such as bring them to the brink of a Super Bowl victory is commendable but maybe its time for Carolina to heed to a new voice a voice that make them more successful a voice that could motivate them enough to win championsips and that voice is Bill Cowher.
