What's up GBOA World, this is Derrick Millinghaus from the Albany City Rocks here in
Albany, New York.  First a little bit about me; I'm 5'10, about 150 pounds, was born
June 10th 1991 and go to Schenectady High School here in New York.  This is my
first summer playing with the City Rocks and I'm loving every minute of it.  I've
played in so many tournaments and against so many great players this summer;
I'm really looking forward to putting what I've learned to use for my high school next season.

Recently the City Rocks and I played in the Nike
Peach Jam Invitational in Augusta Georgia.  We
had an awesome run and I played really well. 
We made it all the way to the finals but
unfortunately lost a hard fought game to Team
Final.  It was a tough loss, especially after
coming that far, but I guess you win some and
you lose some and we're ready for the next
challenge.

Next up we find ourselves heading to the
sunshine state for the Super Showcase in
Orlando, Florida.  There's going to be some of
the best AAU teams in the country there and we
hope to take the championship trophy this time! 
I'll keep you updated and definitely let you know
what happens with that.

I'm going to leave you guys now but can't wait
to get back on the court.  The AAU summer
season is almost over but I have my school
season at Schenectady to look forward to.
