This site is pretty cool. I like throwdowns, there's a wide range of fans here, and it's, overall, a good atmosphere. However, fannation.com could use some , well, two changes.
1. Moderation. This site needs to do a much better job of moderating throwdowns. Seeing the same throwdowns (top QBS, X team will/won't make the playoffs, etc.) pop up every single day gets boring and annoying. They're aruged with the same points and the same people over and over again. It gets very stale and definitely cheapens the debate.
2. Throwdown Voting--Throwdown voting needs to be changed. The ideal situation would be that "fans" cannot vote until after the arguments are finished. However, since I doubt that will happen, I'd be content with people not being allowed to vote until at least one argument was made by each party in the throwdown.
