Torrid Montanez hit for the cycle. The third overall pick by the Cubs in 2000, is now playing for the Bowie Baysox(Orioles affiliate) and having a terrific season hitting .322 with 25 homeruns and 94 rbis. With how bad the O's are doing this year im wondering why he hasent been called up, but thats a different story. Back to the point Torrid is one of only two players in Bowies sixteen year history to hit for the cycle. He became the second player in the Eastern League to hit for the cycle in the last four days which is an incredable feat. Montanez is riding a sixteen game hitting streak and will be eating bacon, eggs and french toast this morning like he has for the past sixteen days. If all goes well you will see this star in a ballpark near you in a few days
