Hey people, welcome back to the NBA Chat Club. Thanks for coming. I've taken a little break in Throwdowning, so I can focus more on my blogging. And saying that, I'll also have to give a little shoutout to some people.

First off, I'm very sorry that Bernie Mac died. I loved that guy, great actor, great person. However, everything happens for the best, and maybe he has escaped a world full of violence and rot by dying.

First of, I would like to say Heat Fan seems to have left Fannation. You would think this is good news, right? That's sort of correct. As petey24 said a few days ago to Joe Drinks Dew, "You all chased him away and now I think you actually miss him", we all are beginning to miss his idiotic statements no matter how much we degraded him. But, now we might as well enjoy since he's gone.

Hllywd, Yoda, and J Hova have all given me a new insight into the NBA Europe rage. Now I realise how players threatening to go there is simply a ploy for more money. I never thought of it that way, I thought the players actually wanted to go there...

Team USA has been doing much more successful than the 200Dwyane is the main scorer on the new and improved Team USA4 bronze winning team already. Dwyane Wade is taking the main scorer role despite being the 6th man, while Lebron's extremely versatile defense and steady offense is another important key. Kobe Bryant's aggressive defense is very important, and recently Chris Bosh has impressed everyone with his amazing post scoring, mid range jumper, and inside defense along with perimeter defense. Chris Paul is having most of the minutes at point guard even though Jason Kidd is starting. He is doing steady offense, while Deron Williams is leaning more towards scoring. Michael Redd is getting limited minutes but is still able to put in good numbers from beyond the arc. Carmelo Anthony is the teams leading rebounder and is playing decent offense, but isn't doing anything exceptional on either end of the court. Dwight Howards is muscling out the weaker international centers, including scoring 14 points against Greece on 6 of 6 shooting. Tayshaun Prince is getting much less minutes than everyone else, but in his minutes, he is playing solid defense. And last but not least, Carlos Boozer is playing steady offense and rebounding off the bench.

Brandon Roy recently had a knee surgery that scared many Trailblazers fans. The obvious reason they were concerned is because it could affect his career, but mainly as it is the knee that is being operated on, and knee surgeries have led many players to their eventual end. However, luckily for most Blazer's fans, the doctors said the surgery went along fine and it will be in full health in 6-8 weeks. The many Blazer's fans have been relieved, as they should be as their team leader is going to be fine. With Greg Oden, Roy, and Lamarcus Aldridge, they will be one of the more powerful forces in the West.

Ben Gordon and Stephon Marbury are both considering going to Europe. If they go, they will be the first talented starters in the NBA to leave for Europe. So far, Nenad Kristic has left, but he is a substandard starter, and Josh Childress, Jannero Pargo, and all the others were bench players. If they go, they might pve the way for more NBA starters to leave, but if they don't go, the starters may still leave as they are somewhat considering it. Good Riddance to both of them if they leave though.

That's it for todays blog. Thanks for reading it, and I hope to see you this time. One more thing. This just in, Team USA clinched first place in Group B with a defeat of Spain this morning. They won 118-82, to beat out Spain for first place. USA is now 4-0 while Spain is 3-1. That's it now. Hope to see you next time. Bye!

D-wade has definitely been the standout so far.

Going into the games all the talk focusses on Kobe, Lebron, and to a lesser extent CP3.

It could be an early sign that Wade is poised for a big NBA season. Time will tell...

...but will that also signal a return of 'Heat Fan'?
