Manager: Terry Francona

SP: Jake Peavy-Maybe a little suprising but looking at the stats, 1.98 ERA (2nd in the league), 110 Ks (2nd in the league), 9-1 Record.  He has been untouchable for long stretches of time.

Catcher: Jorge Posada- Enjoying an excellent season in which he is batting .344 (7th in the MLB), has 9 HRs, and 44 RBIs.  Only Yankee to consistently produce besides ARod.

First Baseman: Prince Fielder- A great young power hitter that is 5th in the MLB in RBIs, 2nd in HRs, and is keeping the BrewCrew ahead in the NL Central.

Second Baseman: Chase Utley-This is tough, but Utley is 1st amogst 2Bsman in RBIs, is hitting .322, and still has 12 HRs.

Third Baseman: Alex Rodriguez- The easiest pick on the board.  ARod is tearing up the MLB, leading the league in RBIs and HRs hitting .333, and most importantly of all is 11-20 in the 9th inning! Clutch.

Shortstop: Jose Reyes- While his power numbers are down this season (3 HRs 32 RBIs), he is hitting .317 with an OBP of .400, he has stolen 38 bases (1st in MLB), and has 8 Triples (2nd in MLB).

OF: Magglio Ordonez- Hitting .381 (1st in MLB) w/ an OBP of .494!!!!  Also has 13 HRs, 68 RBIs, and is slugging .653.

OF: Vladmir Guerrerro- 14 HRs, 68 RBIs, hitting .330 w/ an OBP of .430, while still having one of the best arms from the OF in the game.

OF: Alfonso Soriano- Sort of a homer pick but Soriano is heating up in a big way. Last two games, he has led off with a HR bringing his total to 14.  He's hitting .305, has stole 9 bases, and is slugging a respectable .564.  In the last 30 days, he is 2nd in the MLB in HRs.

DH: David Ortiz- I know his stats have been a little down this year but I would take him in a clutch situation over almost anyone.  Is 4th in the MLB in OBP .442 and will eventually get around 40 HRs this season.

Closer:  J.J. Putz- He has an ERA of 1.11 which is nasty (has only given up 4 runs all season). Has 20 saves, and has struck out 36 guys while only walking 6. 20 for 20 in Save opportunities.  Best Closer in the game today.

Situational Hitters: Barry Bonds (1st in OBP in the league), Albert Pujols (In a terrible lineup but still is one of the most feared hitters), Matt Holliday (Overall, one of the most well-rounded players today).

Situational Runners: Brian Roberts (24 SBs and 4 CSs), Julio Lugo (19 SBs and 0 CSs).

Lineup:

1. Jose Reyes
2. Alfonso Soriano
3. Magglio Ordonez
4. Alex Rodriguez

8. Jorge Posada
