Thanks to you, wtnelson, I will right my opinion of John Harbaugh. I believe he is a unproven coach that will rely to much on his two great coordinaters in Cam Cameron and Rex Ryan. His two coordinaters have more experience and more knowledge of the game than Harbaugh; that isn't good. I did't think Brian Billick shouldn't have been fired. He won a Super Bowl in his second season. This is the Ravens historical record:

And here we are. He wasn't bad, he won the majority of the time. He shouldn't have been fired, he should have been given another season, as you can see he wasn't as successful from 04-07, and given another chance. He was also a kind soul. He was the genious behind the 1998 Vikings.
