Keep in mind that this list is strictly my opinion and is not all-inclusive. Also, no offense is intended if I left off your favorite player.

I rarely give relievers much consideration as they don't pitch enough for my taste. I think closers are just another guy in the bullpen.

I agree they shouldn't win the Cy, but when you are having the season KRod is (possibly break single-season save record) or the sheer dominance of Rivera, they deserve mention over Mussina at least.

I just think bullpen guys are interchangable. If you have a guy that has 17 holds and he was coming in, in the 9th those holds would be saves. The middle relivers just told pitch enough.
