So this is Friday, and the final day of my little romp into Fan Nation territory for awhile. I may roll back around every once in awhile, but truth be told, it is just a little too fun over on Diehard101.com to really focus my attention to blogging with you guys. Other reasons prevail, but this is one.
I wanted to thank everyone who has stopped by, and seen what our site has to offer and invite those of you who haven't to give it a shot. Like I have said a few times, we don't want you to leave here for us. Just think of us as another outlet to express your feelings as a fan.
We don't have the corporate dollars behind our site that Fan Nation has, so we are growing daily by word of mouth and personally inviting each and every one of you to take part in this new adventure, and if you like to MySpace but find you talk about sports too much for your friends-list, you will NOT have that problem with us.
So let's recap the week:
1. MySpace layouts and coding work when you create your profile
2. Blogging is always welcomed with us, We welcome your sports knowledge and sense of humor.
3. There are forums for you for every team in every sport. Live chat rooms. Video upload capability should occur soon, if not already.
4. The site is VERY age friendly. Having your grand-dad or your dad on your friends list on MySpace might be a little bit creepy, but it's not with us. We want you to share Diehard101.com with them...Your elders don't stop loving sports as they age, they just have more memories to share than you do, and me personally...I could listen all day to someone 65 or older tell me about "baseball back in their day". So pass the address along in your family.
So those are a few things...If anyone has any concerns or questions regarding Diehard101.com and if you are a member there, definately add me on your friendslist and send a message. I'm always available to help, and I have the same name there as here.
Thanks for the support, sports fans.
