 VS.Ryan Perrilloux

I don't even know what to say. It just doesn't look right. I know, you guys (and Gals) finish this sentence.

"The 2005, No. 1 quarterback prospect in the Nation Ryan Perrilloux ..............."

You seriously have a typing problem, or you have a pre-arranged set up! Nice blog!

Perllioux. What an idiot.

August 22, 2008  11:04 PM ET

Is a complete idiot and has ruined his chances to win a BSC Title. He is now religated to playing against inferior competiton in front of 5,000 fans and will only be televised when he plays GA Tech. Enjoy your college career.

I know what I say is going to be unpopular and cause me to be given s.h.i.t, but I think Miles **** on Perrillox. I mean what trouble did he get into that damn near ever college kid is probably doing, but just havn't gotten caught yet. Yeah he missed some meetings and classes after his dad died. Come on the kids dad just passed away. You don't just dump a 20 yr old kid for the stuff he did. I don't keep up with LSU that much, but I think there must have been something more to the reason Miles dumped him than what I have seen reported.

August 23, 2008  12:42 AM ET

I've heard reports that he failed a drug test as well but that may be B.S. Believe me he regrets it now and has been quoted as saying he regrets the mistakes he has made and wishes he could do it over. Oh yea, no Shat Ryan, you should have thought about that a little sooner. LSU will be fine, we aren't scheduled to win another championship for a couple of years. Just check out Jordan Jefferson and and Russell Shepard on Rivals. We will be fine at QB.It is unfortunate because with Perrilloux we would have been absolutely considered as a contender this year.

August 23, 2008  12:26 PM ET

WildBill, the guy missed about a month of practice, team meeting, and other team stuff because his Dad, who he never even met died, that's milking it a little.

Also the guy had failed three drug test, got in a couple bar fights, and was given chance after chance, to heck with the guy.

August 23, 2008  02:35 PM ET

Ryan never got it. Seeing him on the field he looked good..but all of the stuff off the field..he just never got it. I highly doubt he ever will. He had a chance to play big time college football and that couldn't get him to straighten himself out..nothing will. Just my opinion, it's a shame too.

You know why Perrilloux really got kicked off the team? He wasn't servicing Les Miles correctly.

An inside source told me Les Miles likes to show up at Death Valley at like 3am in his butt-huggers and has Perrilloux bend him over at the goal post and take a race on the chocolate speedway. Apparently, after it was time to nut Miles gave Perrilloux the nickname, Ryan PerrilLOT, because he was so impressed with the discharge.

Ticked off and unhappy he wasn't getting any service in return, he called Les Miles "More Miles"---because of his age and wrinkly rear, and a "turd-burglar", to which Miles got really mad and kicked him off the team.

I didn't say any of this. This was something Ed Werder told me on the airplane the other day.

I trust all of you will keep this hush-hush. I wouldn't want to hurt Les Miles or Ryan Perrilloux's reputations.

The comment above me........ HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.... thats funny!!!!!!!

August 24, 2008  06:32 AM ET

...made a move to a program so desperate for a big name they could care less about his antics. Needless to say, his options were minimal.

August 24, 2008  07:18 PM ET

Loves drugs/alchohol

August 25, 2008  03:43 PM ET

...just destroyed his NFL hopes.

August 26, 2008  04:24 PM ET

Ryan Perrilloux reminds me of our own illustrious Maurice Clarett. Sad. Who are these kids listening to these days? Who is mentoring them? All this promise but no common sense.

August 27, 2008  10:14 PM ET

For the last time- a mistake is unintentional. Please stop trying to sugarcoat criminal activity. Oh yeah, you wanted the sentence fragment..."blew the chance to lose to UGA in the SEC championship. "

August 30, 2008  10:31 AM ET

It is what it is, he just needs to make the most of the 2nd chance

September 13, 2008  04:38 PM ET

Perriloux is just a very slow learner.

Some of the Michigan guys on this site are totally lost and hopeless if they think LSU was totally dependent on Ryan Perriloux. If you look at LSU's 2 BCS Titles, they won with steady but average talented QBs, so LSU never depends on one guy like OSU with Beeny Wells. Who is Michigan relying on this year. They should just be thankful APPState is not on the schedule.

Armanti Edwards and coach Moore will tell you what they think about LSU and Michigan. Moore said LSU played like LSU and not Michigan, as LSU destroyed them in every way. Ammanti Edwards basically threw in the towel after he was almost knocked silly by the LSU Defense.
