I'm pretty excited that the college football season is getting starter, obviously.  I want to give you all a list of players that I'll be keeping an eye on this year.  At the end of the year I'll come back to this list and I'll do a break down of how I though the players did(assuming that I remember of course).  It's not going to be the obvious players that everyone is talking about, I'm going to try and make this different.   Sorry no pictures I'm way too lazy to do that...

Greg Carr- WR- Florida State- He's a big target downfield.  He's suffered at the mediocrity of Drew Weatherford, but I'm not totally sold that he'll be the Seminoles quarterback.  It seems as though Carr is misused at times, in my opinion at least.  If the 'Noles are going to have a resurgence this year Carr could be a big part of it.

Jaison Williams- WR- Oregon- Another huge target.  Another guy who hasn't really lived up to his expectations.  He can be a big play guy..I look for Chip Kelley, the Oregon offensive coordinator, to try to get the ball in his hands a lot.

Nate Costa- QB- Oregon- The guy taking over for Dennis Dixon.  I've heard nothing but good things about this guy.  I think he'll do a great job.

Jeremiah Johnson- RB- Oregon- The last of my Oregon trio.  He and Costa both have huge shoes to fill.  I think that Johnson can do the job though.

Tyrell Sutton- RB- Northwestern- The guy had a great freshman year..and then after that nothing. He needs to be a big part of what Northwestern does on offense..his speed and athleticism do wonders for Northwesterns version of the spread.  When he's healthy he sort of reminds me a bit of Steve Slaton, I'm probably alone on this but oh well.

Hakeem Nicks- WR- North Carolina- The Tar Heels are kind of the wild card of college football.  He's one of the playmakers on this football team.  North Carolina can do some damage this year, in my opinion.

Stephen McGee- QB- Texas A&M- We all know the guy can run well, but how good of a straight up drob back passes is he?  Well I'm pretty sure were going to find out this year.  Mike Sherman brings in a much different system..so I'm interested to see how well he does running it.

Victor "Macho" Harris- CB/PR/KR- Virginia Tech- He's kind of mister everything with Va Tech.  I'm just interested to see how this guy plays this year.  There's been some talk of him, but I like the player a lot and he makes my list.

Brian Hoyer- QB- Michigan State- I'll be honest I like this guy a lot.  I like Michigan State a lot too..I think that maybe they'll have turned the corner this year.  They were so close a year ago, and yet so far away.

Arrelious Benn- WR- Illinois- Didn't really have a standout year last year, but I think that he'll have a big year this year.  He's a big guy, he'll help Juice out quite a bit.  I really don't like that he plays for Illinois, but oh well.

Well, these are all the players that I'll be watching.  I didn't realize how offense specific this list is until I looked it over.  Thanks for reading.

How about your tight end at Wisconsin? He should have a good year!

That's true xxx84, but he's a player that a lot of people are talking about and I wanted to try and leave some of the obvious big name players off of my list. He is going to have a good year though, in my opinion.

I didn't know how popular he was around the country, I know he's a big name in the Big 10.

Did you see Time Warner and Big 10 network made that deal happne, so the rest of the midwest can now watch the games!

Cabel King, Richard Samuel, and several wide receivers all in the Georgia Camp that could make huge contributions as freshman.
