I know that there may be many changes.  I actually expect to be wrong on one or two but these are my picks coming into the season for the BCS bowl games at the end of the year:

I went 89-27 overall last year in a season that saw many strong teams beaten and a shocking end that helped LSU get another chance to play for the National Championship.  There is no doubt LSU deserved the win and clearly Ohio States weak schedule showed up against a much quicker and stronger SEC team.

Remember the UGA vs. Hawaii game when Brennan was picked to pick UGA apart and most experts said UGA should win but it woud be a close game.  Actually clueless Lou and a few picked Hawaii.  After the game it was clear that a real schedule and conference made it an ugly game with UGA pounding Hawaii all game long.

Here are my picks:

Orange:

Clemson vs. Florida

Sugar:

LSU vs. Missouri

Fiesta:

Oklahoma vs. BYU

Rose:

Ohio State vs. West Virginia

National Title:

USC vs. Georgia

Sleeper: Fresno State- They have a soft schedule and this is one if not the best team this school has ever had.  They are solid on both sides of the ball and should win their conference.  They could easily be in a BCS game this season.

Sleeper 2: Alabama- It is still too early too tell but Bama beat a solid Clemson team who was picked for a shot at a possible BCS game.  I still think Clemson will win the ACC.- VT, FSU and Miami are all under developing years.  This is probally the weakest the ACC has been.  Bama looked solid on both sides of the ball but we will know the truth once they play South Carolina and Georgia.

Bubble Team: Wisconsin- This team is still hard to figure out but they do play several soft teams.  They could end up in a BCS game and then probally get beaten pretty badly (kinda like Hawaii last year).

I fully realize Ohio State has a weak schedule overall and they are a solid team.  However, USC is the better team and with their schedule; they have the better shot at a championship.  Clearly, UGA has several hard games but a one loss and SEC championship could put them in position.  Their entire season will be looked at early against South Carolina.  They usually struggle against that team and coach.  If they can make it through the first five games and do it strong... watch out.
