Used to be, years ago, only your momma taught you right from wrong. Told you how to live your life. Stood over your shoulder until you were 45 to make sure you were following her "advice".

Mass media and professional "victims" have changed all that.

Today, everyone seems to be an expert on how YOU should live your life. And I do mean EVERYONE.

I've had teenager cashiers in the grocery store tell me I'm not eating right.

Been told over and over by clerks ringing up my Cigarettes that I'm killing myself.

Jesse Jackson told us all repeatedly how cheating on your wife was an unforgivable sin...until he got caught doing it, himself.

The professionally offended want to force the Redskins, Braves, and Seminols to change their name.

How can Augusta National cling to such outrageous traditions?

Barrak Obama is offended by people saying he was raised by a Muslim father? Guess what? He WAS. His father AND his step-father. He doesn't mind telling us about his drug abuse as a "teenager"  but don't dare bring up his time in a madrassa. He repeats being raised by a single mother, ignoring the male influences he ACTUALLY had growing up.

Can't talk about Michelle Wie having NO business on a golf course with men. Nevermind that she's never even won a tournament against WOMEN.

Would YOU dare say Hillary Clinton wasn't qualified to be President? Barrack?

F THAT!

In this group you are not only allowed, you are encouraged to expose, ridicule, and openly make fun of the absurd political correctness BS that permeates our society today.

No, I DON'T mean you redneck racists have free rein to spew your venom. Nor do I mean this is the place for religious fanatics to talk about dead fetus' or tin foil hatters to talk about what brought down WTC building #7 on 9/11.

We will be making fun of you fools, too.

Wait a second. Are you saying that it's not politically correct or permissible here for those you might be inclined to call "redneck racists," "religious fanatics" or "tin foil hatters" to speak their minds? Are you by implication suggesting that all other forms of articulated political incorrectness are acceptable? Let's think for a second. Free speech is offensive sometimes. Should free speech only be selectively tolerated? Truth is offensive sometimes. Should truth only be selectively tolerated? It seems to me that free speech and the unwavering pursuit of the truth has to ultimately trump politically correct regulations or laws no matter what. The alternative is always a slippery slope towards "tyranny over the minds of men."

See above under "Comment." You are pushing this as a politically incorrect blog site where political incorrectness is encouraged on the one hand, yet "profanity will get filtered" and "offensive comments will be removed" on the other. Which is it? Isn't there something hypocritical about this? ... be politically incorrect here but offensive comments will be removed here because they are politically incorrect. I'm confused ... please clarify.
