OK, so Virginia won today over Richmond 16-0. But, somebody answer this for me:
You're telling me that this UVA offense could only muster a fricking field goal...for 3 quarters+?? And that you had to wait until the last 5 minutes of this game to have Mikell Simpson punch it in, then have to squirm for 3 more minutes while we luck out on an interception to seal the deal??
I mean, I listened to this on radio towards the tail end of the 1st half (and the entire 2nd half), and I had to shake my head in amazement over this. Notice, this was Richmond...a 1-AA team...and this is how UVA played?? I can only imagine what UConn is gonna do next Saturday.
That's right, Al. UConn, as in the Big East. We're just counting down the days until you're fired, and next Saturday just might accelerate the countdown.
And we haven't even gotten to the conference schedule, yet.

the scoreboard looked like a soccer game for the first 31/2 quarters. it was ugly, but we won. but, if you watched today, uconn had to go into OT against temple. and richmonds better than temple. the defense was good. minnifield and hall did pretty good at corner. ogletree played really well. i just hope lalich doesnt get kicked out for his drug problems
