Let's review the past 2 days, shalll we??
Starting with Saturday afternoon, when Marc Davis--remember, I said he's the developmental driver for JGR who races in the Camping World East series--finished 16th in the Truck race @ Gateway driving the #81 truck for Randy Moss. Now I understand he'll do the ARCA race @ Talladega next month...but I'm not sure if he'll be in the car Joey drove @ Rockingham (and won in, BTW) or whether there's a 2nd car fielded for him.
Then, there's today's day/night doubleheader @ Richmond...
You could understand Tony's frustration (on camera) after coming up short in the Cup race. Used up his tires too damned much, is what happened. And wouldn't you know it, Junior tapped Kyle Busch (and screwed up my Pick 'Em in the process) midway through the race. DAMN YOU, JUNIOR!!! LMAO
Finally, tonight's Nationwide race. All I care about, is that Joey finished 7th...thus keeping the #20 car atop the owner's point standings. Anything to shut up Roush and Childress, is fine with me. You realize, BTW, it would also be the 1st title for Toyota (owner OR driver) once the #20 does its job.
(Oh, I forgot. Hope everyone saw the Home Depot commercial with Tony and Joey. LOVED it!!! That's fun to watch as we start the Chase, now isn't it??)
