It struck me as funny so I figured that I would take this on: I'm in the middle of a throwdown where the person who started it is trying to convince everyone that the children's game "Rock, Paper, Scissors " is a sport. Now I ask all of you this simple question: How is a children's game considered a sport? there are no leagues of any kind for this and at the same time I think that it can't be classified as a sport because for it to be a SPORT doesn't there have to be some kind of athletic ability on the part of the participants? I mean If you're shooting a puck into a net, throwing a ball into the endzone kicking a ball into a net whatever as long as it involves some kind of physical movement doesn't THAT classify as a sport? Any feedback on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
