offense: I thought our passing game was way to conservative and nowhere near its potential. We ran the ball very effective edge got 100 yards with a 4td avg and hightower was a nice complement and will b for the rest of the year. Our line did a fairly decent job protecting kurt and opening some holes for the Edge. The main thing is that we need to cut the conservative offense crap and start opening up. Fitz Boldin and Breaston can not have a combined 3 catches at halftime because your taking your 2 most dynamic players out of the game and you are not allowing Kurt to get into a rhythm and he has at his best when he goes no huddle and gets into a rhythm. Its only 1 game though and I would say we are only at 75-80 percent of our potential.
Defense: Like I have been saying this Defense is going to be special. We wreaked havoc on JT osullivan forcing him to 5 tos and 4 sacks which couldve been more. Gore did run at us but we were missing our top 2 dts in alan branch and Gabe watson so that could easily b fixed. We bended but did not break in our secondary and did what we needed to do. Next we our D cant have a letdown against a bad Miami team and we need to put them away early and go 2-0

You're right about the defense........ it is going to be special, and the Offense lit it up against a supposedly top flight Miami defense in Week 2
