NFL Predictions are Silly

Every year we all see the same exact things. So and so will win the super bowl or the NFC South or the MVP and every year we all get to laugh at these so called "subject matter experts" make themselves look ridiculous. Now I understand that the season is VERY young but let's just look at the Chicago Bears. I'm not even a Bears fan but I clearly can see that the pundits got blindsided by the Bears' performance against the lethargic Colts. The Vikings were going to be all powerful and make everyone forget the Cowboys, Packers, Saints etc. Well so far their large investment in Jared Allen, Bernard Berrian, and Madieu Williams has earned them a whopping 3 catches, no touchdowns, no tackles, no interceptions, no sacks, no hurries, no passes defended, and a physical whooping by Green Bay. They paid out 72 million to Jared Allen, 33 million to Williams, and 42 million to Berrian. Out of all those moves we were magically supposed to see a team gel in no time flat and take the league by storm. That doesn't happen. Teams built through the draft grow together and they fight battles alongside each other on the field. When young players rise up together they have a familiarity that breeds success. All I'm saying is let's not listen to the pundits people, rise up and make up your own minds!
