The Pittsburgh Steelers (1-0) travel to Cleveland to battle the Brownies (0-1) this sunday night  @ 8:15pm EST Prime-Time (NBC).  These two AFC divisional rivals have a history dating back to 1950.  Pittsburgh leads the overall series by 57-55.  The Steelers have also won the last 9 games and Big Ben Roethlisberger has yet to lose a game in his home state of Ohio w/ an impressive 4-0 record vs the Brownies...

The Steelers are coming off a dominating performance last week against the Houston Texans w/ a victory of 38-17.  Meanwhile, the Brownies were man-handled in their season opener by the likes of Tony Romo's Cowboys.  The Men of Steel mean buisiness & are in search of their 10th straight victory & steam-rolling their way to the top of the AFC North division yet again.....

Key Match-Ups:

Hartwig (Center) vs. Rogers (NT) - This will be only the second time Steelers center, Justin Hartwig, will be in the starting position.  His main oppenent this week is none other than NT, Shaun Rogers.  It is of utmost importance that Hartwig keeps Rogers in check for the Steelers rushing game to be effective.  This will be quite a task as Rogers is a big & powerful player. (Rogers on his back = Fast Willie TD's).

Steelers Kick Coverage vs. Cribbs - The Steelers were fairely impressive when it came to special teams vs the Texans last week.  However, Cribbs (kick returner), is a very dangerous man on the field.  He has scored 2 kickoff returns for TD's vs the Men of Steel over the last 2 seasons.  For the Steelers to excell, they MUST keep up w/ the athleticism of Cribbs & shut him down.....

Ike Taylor  (CB) vs Braylon Edwards (WR) -  Yes, Steelers Nation, Deshea Townsand is highly unlikely to play this waeek due to an ankle contusion (bruise).  It will be up to Ike Taylor & the rest of the Steelers secondary to defend againsts the antics of probowler Edwards  (Not quite an easy assignment).  However, w/ Dante Stallworth & Jurevicius sidelined w/ injuries, QB, Derek Anderson is virtually void of his main weapons on offense... Definate upper-hand for the Black n' Gold.....

In a nutshell, the Steelers are a hungry & healthy team... The Brownies are decimated on both sides of the ball w/ injuries...  Not even the "Dawg Pound" @ night will be enough to stop them Steelers...

Prediction - Steel win by 14 points.

Black n' Gold!!!!!
