I had read of the "neutral territory" theory in regards to these all-important two games the Cubs and Astros will have to eventually play. Apparently, MLB and I have different meanings of the word, "neutral". If I remember my US geography correctly, Milwaukee is a helluva lot closer to Chicago than it is to Houston. Did they forget these are supposed to be the Astros' home games? Last time I checked, there was (and still is) another major league ballpark in Texas...in the DFW area...that Ike will likely not touch...that happens to be vacant this weekend. Houston residents (aka Astros fans) have all evacuated up there anyway. I believe DFW has its own perfectly sound airport. The Astros, I'm sure, would be willing to forgo the roof feature to play in their HOME territory.

Anyway, I don't see why they have to play Saturday if it takes away home field advantage from a team. What happened to the whole "double-header on Sunday and one on Monday (mutual off-day)" projection? Besides, Miller Park obviously has some bad karma going on, the way the BrewCrew have been playing recently. I'd really rather my Astros not set foot in that, especially as the "home" team.

DON'T DO IT, ED & DRAYTON! IT'S A TRAP!
