Even though this group is devoted to Division 1-AA football, I would be remiss if I didn't say something about the pimp-smack Ohio State got at the hands of USC on Saturday night.
So I would like to offer, as an impartial observer, my condolences to Buckeye fans here in FanNation. You were under the impression you were playing another college team. No, you weren't...it's just that you were playing yet another pro team.
Everybody keeps screaming about how there should be a NFL team in Los Angeles. Sorry, but you already have one--it's called the USC Trojans.
I mean, when you have a tailback that can start anywhere else in college...and he's only 5th-string @ USC...shouldn't that tell you something?? Hell, Pete Carroll's got depth at any position; I just used tailback as an example.
Now, Buckeye fans, you know how we Virginia fans feel. We knew we weren't up to USC's level; you all found out the hard way.

We'll see... I actually like USC alot but they need to stay at #1 and not get upset by some crappy team like UCLA or Stanford right at the end of the season!

I agree, USC does need to stay on top of things. However, I should point out that SoCal, Ohio State, Michigan, Oklahoma, and about a dozen more colleges are...OVERRATED!!!
