03:01 PM ET 09.23 | thats right he must go for talking behind mr davis' back to the media he should know better that when he signed on that there is one true coach of this team AL DAVIS he has been the "coach" since day 1 he makes all personel moves hires &fires it seems to me that kiffin has lost the players anyway &has held back the progression of jamarcus russell he doesnt let the kid throw the ball more then 20 times how will this kid learn if he has a lame duck coach that doesnt trust him i look at it this way theres enough talent on bothsides of the ball &its not working only 1 person to blame &thats kiffin get rid of him AL bring in bill cowher & raiders commitment to excellence
