Another Draft is in the books and I must say this one went a little unexpected. The Hawks, T-wolves and Knicks all did the right thing. Thank God for Billy King and Danny Ainge providing us with entertainment as they ushally do. O well here 10 random thoughts about the NBA Draft

1. How can people start comparing draft classes on Fannation when no one from the 2007 draft class has played one game of NBA basketball. Besides the top-two picks we don't  know how any other players will turn out. I mean it fun to debate but It just seems like a lost cause until say three years from now. Personally I have 2007.

2. The Celtics just got better....for about one season. They have been in all out panic mode since May 22nd, trying to do something that will make them a contender in the East. I don't understand why not draft Corey Brewer plan ahead but its obvious that Danny Ainge and Doc Rivers are worried about thier jobs. O well have fun with a 32 year old Jesus Shuttlesworth. Hopefully he will still be healthy for you when you an 8th seed next April.

3. Everyone in the world may owe Isiah Thomas an apology when it's all said in done. Zach Randolph and Eddy Curry. Who is stopping that in the East? Besides Cleveland, Detroit, and Chicago what rotation can compete with Curry, Randolph,  Jefferies, Q, Starbury, Balkman, Lee, Robinson, Chandler. If I'm the Nets i do what I can for JO right now.

4. I can't tell if Joakim Noah is the whitest black guy on Earth or the blackest white guy on Earth.

5. Being from Indy it is kinda cool to see Mcroberts and Oden on the same team. For those who don't know both are from Indiana and thier schools are about 35-40 minutes apart. Oden teams always won state but McRoberts teams always did pretty good. Personally I hate Mcroberts because he went to my schools biggest rivals and plus he was just a di*k to people unlike Oden who was cool with everybody. I just hope the Blazers can trade for Mike Conley and trade Brandon Roy for the draft rights to Eric Gordon so people in Indiana can have a pro basketball team to root for.

6. As for the Lakers with Javaris Crittenton....I'm Lukewarm. I mean he can score, he has nice size, he can dribble...but he still 4 months younger than me. It still will need a little time to develop. If the Lakers are on Opt-out countdown with Kobe Bryant then they need to get better now. I'm not saying **** for every need of Kobe I just say try to accomidate for your best asset.  But with Sean Williams gone I was just hoping for anyone besides Tiago Splitter or Jason Smith. Gabe Pruitt would help more right now but we'll see with Javaris Crittenton..and Sun Yue

7. Is anyone impressed by international highlights? Doesn't it just look like a pick up game with a crowd?

8. The Sonics look kinda scary as of right now. Assuming they resign Rashad Lewis we could be looking at three 20 point 6'9 or taller scorers on that team in the near future. If K-smoove is as good as I think he can be then the Sonics will run the West in 4 seasons. I can't wait until they play the Suns next season.

9. Do the Rockets need a point guard that bad? Does Aaron Brooks help them at all right now? Once again if you need a point whats wrong with Gabe Pruitt? Was Glen Davis just too fat to help the Rockets?...Anyway not a good pick by the Rockets at all

10. Only Billy King could turn Al Thorton, Glen Davis and Gabe Pruitt into Thaddeus Young, Jason Smith, and some guy I'm not going to waste my time looking up to spell his name but I know he is not playing next season. Not a terrible draft but definately not a good one by any means..
