A frequent topic amongst my friends has always revolved around which sports number is the greatest of all-time, a topic which heats up exponentially when beer is added to the mix. Of course, how one defines what constitutes the "best number" ultimately leads to more debate, until beer becomes more important than consensus and the topic is tabled for the next week. So, why not bring the debate to FanNation to hear what America has to say? Is 32 the best number of all time (O.J. Simpson, Jim Brown, Magic Johnson, Bill Walton, etc.)? What about 33 (Kareem, Larry Bird, Tony Dorsett, Patrick Ewing, etc.)? Number 12 (Terry Bradshaw, Joe Namath, Roger Staubach, Tom Brady, etc.)? Should a number have to cut across many different sports or simply have a large number of bad-**** wear it? What is, truly, the best sports number of all time and why?

I like 33. Classic. Larry Bird, Grant Hill, Patrick Ewing, Alvan Adams, and Kareem.
