For the second consecutive season, Lambeau Field finished first in Sports Illustrated's NFL stadium rankings. In September, SI asked readers to do a 19-question online survey ranking their hometown stadium and they broke down the answers into the categories of affordability, food, tailgating, team quality, atmosphere and accessibility. Lambeau Field was the only stadium inIN THE LEAGUE to finish in the Top 5 in each of those areas. Including first-place finishes in both affordability, food and atmosphere. The five categories were all weighed equally. Lambeau Field was ranked second in the NFL in tailgating behind Ralph Wilson Stadium in Buffalo.

Sports Illustrated had more than 12,000 people fill out the survey, and a third of those submitted came from season-ticket holders. The average number of games attended by all respondents was 3.23 per season.

Lambeau isn't exactly the easiest place to tailgate.
