Since the beginning of big money American sports, athletes have been doing everything possible to lose weight. Taking pills is a ridiculous short-term attempt at weight loss. Run more and don't eat so damn much. If you're a pro, you can afford to hire a professional or you should have access to someone who can put you on a regimented plan to safely and effectively take weight off. What a surprise, professional athletes taking short-cuts to nowhere.
