A few words on the Georgia-Florida game

Yeah Yeah, I know, my beloved Georgia Bulldogs lost to Florida last weekend. It was tough at first and it was a slight jaw-dropper but I have learned to accept that the Gator's outplayed us and despite the poor decision by Urban Meyer to call the unnessecary timeouts late in the fourth quarter and the poor attempt to cover up his mistake I look forward to seeing Florida play against Alabama in the SEC Championship.

As my friends and I rode home from Jacksonville for the longest time there was complete silence. No one could believe what they had just witnessed. The Gator's wanted revenge for Georgia's end-zone celebration last year, they got it. I found it slightly funny the way that Florida took Richt's motivational skills so seriously as he normally isn't that type of coach and is usually pretty laid-back.

Ok,  let's dicuss some other teams eh?

Bama'

The tide have clearly shown their strong side this season. After Texas lost, Bama' moved up to the #1 slot in the BCS rankings for the first time since 1992. After blowing out multiple well-respected teams, the Tide has redeemed themselves and are beginning to look like a Bear Bryant team again. They have a game this weekend against LSU but they have it handled in my opinion. You should see them in the SEC Championship game.

 Gator's

After a stunning wipeout of Kentucky and Georgia, Florida has seemed to be unstoppable. Ever since the Ole Miss loss, Florida seems to have soared in not only the SEC, but also in the BCS. How many teams do you know that can blow out 4 SEC Teams in a row? I feel you will see them in the SEC Championship with Alabama.

The SEC Championship

I predict that it will come down to the Florida Gator's and the Alabama Crimson Tide. I was hoping for a rematch between Georgia and Alabama but the Gator's seemed to have put that out of reach. I see a very good game approaching guys, a very important game as well. This game will affect who will be playing in this year's BCS National Championship. They are both great teams with great histories. These teams have been blowing out other teams all year. Finally, they both have a challenge.

I hope Bama can get a W in Atlanta again this season.
