Last week: 12-2
(dont believe me? http://www.fannation.com/blogs/post/282855 )
Here we go, another week of predictions in the last bye week of the season
Atlanta over New Orleans-Even though Drew Brees has been putting up Pro Bowl-esque numbers, I think its Michael Turner who makes the difference today
Tennessee over Chicago-This will be a tight one, but I think in the end Tennessee's defense will win it for them
Jacksonville over Detroit-Even with last week's stunning defeat at the hands of the winless Bengals, I think Jacksonville will bounce back, especially against a rusty Daunte Culpepper at the helm for the Lions
Baltimore over Houston-Long gone as the "sexy" pick of 2008, the Texans are no match for the Ravens hounding defense
Miami over Seattle-At season's beginning, one could have thought this a battle between winless teams. But now, Miami is a (somewhat) legitimate contender and I dont think the Seahawks will be a problem for them
Minnesota over Green Bay-One of my upset bids. At Minnesota for the first time, I think Rodgers will struggle at the 'Dome.
Buffalo over New England-Buffalo will trounce the Patriots. New England is just not the same team without Tom Brady
New York Jets over St. Louis-Without Steven Jackson, their lone offensive threat, the Rams wont put up much of a challenge to the 4th-ranked defense in the league
Carolina over Oakland-The Panthers are clicking on all cylinders right now, and I expect them to have no problem with the Raiders
Pittsburgh over Indy-Still my pick to win the Super Bowl, Pittsburgh wont let Manning pass over them like he did last week against New England
San Diego over Kansas City-As sad as it is, this will be a close one. But a healthy LT should be too much for KC to handle
Philadelphia over New York Giants-Another upset in my mind. To me, Philly is the best team in the NFC when Westbrook and McNabb are healthy. Today, they are, so I think they can pull out a win against a tough Giants team
Arizona over San Francisco-This wont be a pretty one, but Kurt Warner is putting up Pro Bowl caliber numbers and I think the Cardinals will win this one.
I forgot to do this before the Thursday game, so I will take a loss for that one (even though I probably would have picked Denver to win anyways)
