After a few lumpy and awful years, the Miami Hurricanes are heading towards a bowl game this season. They have already surpassed their wins from last season and now, thanks to a North Carolina loss, sit atop the ACC Coastal Region and is tied with Maryland for first place in the conference. The Canes hard work has been recognized by the AP poll, who ranks the Canes as 23 in the nation. Right now, I am just holding my breath...I am so excited to see the Canes show flashes of brilliance and bring Miami football back to the spotlight. However, we are young on every side of the ball. I just hope that these guys don't get ahead of themselves. Randy Shannon and the players said all the right things when interviewed on Sunday, but I just hope they do the right things. GA Tech is a solid football team and they are going to have to bring it. Same with NC State. I am looking forward to Thursday night.

Hopefully GT's QB is out for this game like it said on the ESPN News but last time a opposing QB went dwn was agianst UNC, the Miami team of now would hve won that game. Im glad Navy is going to run the Option, Miami shut that crap dwn in the RoseBowl agianst Nebraska but either way Miami needs to keep the TO's to a minimum an we must score TD's instead of a FG's when we get inside the 20. This game is clutch but the Canes have alot more speed than most team GT faced an that should help alot in stopping the Option. Either way Miami has outplayed everyone's expectations this year an even if we go 8-4 (5-3) well be in the Gator Bowl or Peach Bowl, but im worried about a hot NCState Team wth this Frosh QB who can run an has 10Td's to 1 INT. But were going 9-3, taking the Coastal, winning the ACC Title & heading back to the Orange Bowl Baby. Plus were going to pick up alot of Committs after kids on the fence see how good this young team did with all these Freshman an want to be part of it.

Rest In Peace Sean Taylor, the most feared Safety to ever come out of Miami, Ed Reed was btr overall but nobody could put the scare of a big hit into another player like Taylor. An the worst of it is he was finally becoming more than a Big Hitter but a complete NFL Safety an a Man wth a Finacee an young child. I hope those stupid young punks get **** raped 100 times an at least a few hang themselves in prison since because of their age they most likely will get 25 to Life with the possibility of probation which would be a slap in the face. The one that pulled the trigger, should Ride The Lighting Baby an the rest deserve Life Wth No Parole Period. If Taylor owned a gun he may have had a chance but decided agianst keeping firearm's in the house after Goodell took over. May he Rest In God's Arm's an never be forgotten for the joy an happiness he brought us all.
