It all starts with the offensive line. On Sunday in Lambeau they did a fantastic job. Great run blocking to allow Ryan Grant to get to the second and third levels of defenders for 145 yards and a TD. Poor tackling by Chicago or great moves by Grant made for a beautiful exhibit of running. And the pass defense was impeccable. I don't think Rodgers was knocked down, no less sacked. What a difference from the last few games. When he has time to sit back and find receivers, watch out.
The defense did another great job of pass coverage, especially with that big tight end the Bears have. Their receivers aren't top notch, and were almost shut out.
I'm sure I wasn't the only one who wanted to trade Crosby's 53 yard field goal for the miss at the end of last week's game against the Vikings. And it was nice not to punt the ball very often with the shaky production of Frost.
We have figured out how to do better against the run. Control the ball with our run and time of possession, get a few scores, and then just go after the passer while their running back tries to be a blocker.
I think we can start the rest of the season next Monday in New Orleans, and who knows what after that. I agree with coaching that focuses on one game at a time, but this can still turn out to be a very good season. Does anyone else hear something that sounds like "run the table?"

The Bears were awful.......their coaches were awful in this one, failing to make any adjustments.......I think the Bears were not ready to play in this one.
