What a nice little Thursday of sports.

Miami gets shredded to the tune of 400 rushing yards by Georgia Tech.
Jonathan Dwyer for ACC Player of the Year and Randy Shannon should be fired for that poor defensive effort. He wont be fired, but wow...
As for USC, I love it anytime they lose, but its kinda bittersweer because this loss only intensifies the people who say the Pac-10 is overrated in basketball. And the Big East is someone underrated...yeah they are widely considered the best conference, but the Big East may be even better than anyone thought. I know its early, but Villanova, Pitt, WVU, UConn, Providence, Seton Hall, Syracuse, Louisville, MArquette, Georgetown, Notre Dame....It's just not fair, from top to bottom!
I do have to say though, USC will ,when its all said and done, end up being a better team than Seton Hall, because Derozan will improve greatly throughout the season.
Anyway, how about the Pac-10 so far. UofA goes down against UAB. Arizona State has a close one against San Diego State. USC loses. UCLA had a tough time in their first game and is at this moment struggling with Michigan. Washington State is the only team looking particularly good in the Pac-10...but they havent played anyone that good.
It is still early but it looks like we have some overrated Pac-10 teams and some underrated teams at the bottom of the Big East.
