Right now it's about 6 on the thirteenth Saturday of the college football season and I have the live score feeds right now. So I have a few things to say.
Right now Washington is tied Washington State 10-10 in the annual Apple Bowl.Washington State came back to tie it. It kinda epitomizes how epically bad their seasons have been yet they're assumingly playing for pride.This emobodies what college football is about, being two of the worst teams out of 120 yet playing your hearts out for the contested rivalry game between these two.
Ole Miss is beating LSU in the third. This is interesting since a ton of pundits expected LSU to be pretty good this year, though Ole Miss is at a respectable 6-4. Still, I doubt many people expected LSU to be this mediocre on offense if they've only put up 13 points. It'll be interesting to follow that game and see what happens. And it's being played at LSU.
Evidently Cal Poly is beating Wisconsin. We all know that Wisconsin has been struggling recently but they should be winning this. Granted, Cal Poly is 8-1 to Wisconsin's 6-5 but Wisconsin should be running away, with the operative word being should.
I know that Vandy lost to Tennessessee today but I'm really pulling for them to get to a bowl. After over 20 years of missing out they really deserve a bowl. Also, even though I'm not a Tennessee fan at all, it still is nice for Phil Fulmer to go out with a win.
Congrats to Buffalo to clinching the MAC East. Hats off to Turner Gill for turning things around there.
The ACC is really screwed up this year. It should be fun figuring out who's playing for the title game after the dust clears.
